谢茜嘉·比尔于1982年在美国明尼苏达州伊利出生。她的父亲乔纳森·爱德华·贝尔(Jonathan Edward Biel)是企业家[1]，母亲叫金伯利·贝尔(Kimberly "Kim" Biel)。她弟弟贾斯廷·贝尔(Justin Biel)出生时，举家已移居至科罗拉多州博尔德 (科罗拉多州)。她有法国人、德国人、印第安人、乔克托人血统[2]。她的堂弟叫Porter Bessette在明尼苏达州的St.John's University念书。
2012年10月19日与贾斯汀·提姆布莱克结婚。2015年4月11日长子Silas Randall Timberlake诞生。
