挪威特羅姆瑟大學（University of Tromso，現在的英文校名已經改為The Arctic University of Norway，挪威北極圈大學）是一所國際化大學，位於特羅姆瑟市，它是挪威第四大綜合性大學，是世界上最北端的大學。
