演艺事业
1998年，14岁的米拉谎报年龄参加《70年代秀》，饰演艾什顿·库彻的女友，开始成名。
2008年3月，她确定在《马克思佩恩》改编的同名动作电影中担任女主角。
2009年1月21日，米拉在《Askmen》杂志网站“全球性感女人”评比排名中名列第27位。

个人生活
蜜拉1983年出生于苏联时期的乌克兰切爾諾夫策的犹太家庭[4]。蜜拉是猶太人[5][6][7][8]。母親埃爾維拉‧庫妮絲是一位經營藥房的物理老師，父親馬克‧庫妮絲是一位機械工程師，蜜拉有一個叫麥可的哥哥。1991年，蜜拉的父母放棄在烏克蘭的高薪厚職移民至美国洛杉矶，當時蘇聯的反猶太主義盛行是其中一個移民的原因[9]。1994年，在我們的日子中首次亮相。2010年，憑著飾演《黑天鹅》芭蕾舞者莉莉於第67届威尼斯国际电影节获得最佳年轻女演员。2012年4月開始與男星艾希頓·庫奇開始交往，兩人曾經在70年代秀合作過。在2014年2月底，兩人宣布訂婚的消息，2014年5月證實懷孕，[10][11]並在同年10月1日誕下女兒Wyatt[12][13]。兩人在2015年7月4日結婚[14]。2016年次子Dimitri出生。
