琳恩·切尼（英语：Lynne Ann Cheney，本姓Vincent；1941年8月14日－）她是一位小说家与保守主义学者，曾经担任谈话性节目主持人。是美国前副总统迪克·切尼的妻子，2001年至2009年以美国第二夫人的身分服务民众。

童年与教育

她是摩尔门教拓荒者的后裔，其先祖来自丹麦、英格兰、爱尔兰与威尔斯等地。琳恩·切尼·文生在卡斯珀出生。她的父亲韦恩·埃德温·文生是一位工程师；她的母亲，艾德娜·莱拜尔后来晋升副警长。她从小到大是长老会教友，直到嫁给迪克·切尼，才成为卫理公会教友。

琳恩·切尼取得科罗拉多州立学院英国文学的文学士学位及最高的声誉。在校园里她是“Kappa Alpha Theta”姊妹会的成员。她更进一步深造，在博尔德科罗拉多大学博尔德分校取得文学硕士学位，及哲学博士学位。

履历

1986年至1993年，她担任美国人文科学基金会会长一职，并成立美国校董与校友理事会，此一智库致力于改革美国高等教育。
