格雷格·倫納德·塞門扎（英語：Gregg Leonard Semenza，1956年7月1日－），美國醫學家。知名於對生命系統如何利用、調節氧氣的研究。他的團隊發現HIF-1（缺氧誘導因子-1）所調控的基因能夠作用於線粒體呼吸。它能夠指導細胞對缺氧狀況的特殊反應和心血管系統的變化。在一些癌症疾病中，能觀察到HIF的過度表達。
