夏元清[1] 博士，北京理工大學講席教授，博士生導師，北京理工大學自動化學院院長。所在學科:控制科學與工程，主要研究方向:網絡化信息處理與控制、飛行器控制、無人移動平台協同控制、天地一體化網絡協同控制。研究成果獲得國家科學技術進步獎二等獎1項(排名第二)，省部級科技獎二等獎3項(均排名第一)，在國內外重要學術刊物上發表學術論文200餘篇，其中被SCI收錄160餘篇，出版英文專著8本。 2009年入選教育部"新世紀優秀人才支持計劃"，2011年受聘北京理工大學"徐特立特聘教授"，2012年獲得國家傑出青年科學基金資助，2014年入選科技部中青年科技創新領軍人才，2015年被聘為教育部長江學者特聘教授 ，2016年入選國家"萬人計劃"領軍人才[2]
