✍️藥膳「四神湯」的四味中藥材(四臣)：「[[芡實]]、[[蓮子]]、[[淮山]]、[[茯苓]]」，是「佐君之謂臣」的中藥，雖無治主病之力，卻具有扶佐之功。<br>

✍️四臣與豬肚燉煮後食用，能溫脾健胃，有扶正體弱勞累者之功效，故得名為「四臣湯」。<br>

✍️除有互相加乘溫脾、健胃、補腎、利濕的作用外，豬肚本身亦有顧脾胃的效用，可增強藥膳的功效，所以四神湯是腸道虛弱、消化不良、腹瀉者的最佳藥膳。<br>
