银杏又称白果,养生延年,银杏在宋代被列为皇家贡品。日本人有每日食用白果的习惯。西方人圣诞节必备白果。就食用方式来看,银杏主要有炒食、烤食、煮食、配菜、糕点、蜜饯、罐头、饮料和酒类。
===槟榔芋===
槟榔芋形似椭圆,该品种外皮粗糙,剖而观之,内呈槟榔纹,故又名“槟榔芋”。每年惊蛰、春分时节开始种植,霜降时即可收获,每株有唯一的母芋及大小不等的小芋。槟榔芋是淀粉含量颇高的优质蔬菜,肉质细腻,具有特殊的风味,且营养丰富,含有粗蛋白、淀粉、多种维生素和无机盐等多种成份。具有补气养肾、健脾胃之功效,既是制作饮食点心、佳肴的上乘原料,又是滋补身体的营养佳品,清朝年间列为大清贡品,因而享有“皇室贡品”之称。
