馬佐平（Tso-Ping Ma），1945年11月生於甘肅蘭州，籍貫浙江東陽，美籍華裔微納電子學家，耶魯大學Raymond John Wean講席教授、中華民國中央研究院院士、中國科學院外籍院士。
現任職於Raymond John Wean Professor of Electrical Engineering & Applied Physics, Yale University, USA
生平概述
1945年，出生於蘭州，之後前往台灣。
1968年，畢業於國立台灣大學電機系。此後赴美國留學。
先後於1971年、1974年獲耶魯大學碩士、博士學位。畢業後在IBM從事研究。
1977年起，任教於耶魯大學。
1991年至1996年、2000年至2007年間，兩度出任電機工程系主任。
2003年，為電氣電子工程師學會（IEEE）、美國物理學會、美國電化學學會、美國材料研究學會等學會的成員。
2005年，曾獲得過IEEE葛洛夫獎（Andrew S. Grove Award，2005年）、潘文淵傑出研究獎。
2008年，為美國國家工程院院士、中國科學院外籍院士。獲得康乃狄克州科技勳章（Connecticut Medal of Technology，2008年）等獎項。
