2010年，進入網絡語音平台YY唱歌。後為2080天籟歌手。
2014年周深參加第三季《中國好聲音》，以一首齊豫的《歡顏》獲得導師們的盛讚;10月7日登台《好聲音盛典之夜》憑藉《貝加爾湖畔》，獲得好聲音年度金曲獎;11月1日，那英青島演唱會，擔任助陣嘉賓。參加了多場好聲音演唱會，包括北京工體(9月26日)、香港紅磡(11月11日)、上海大舞台(12月20日)、澳門跨年(12月31日)等。
2015年1月3日參加好聲音台北小巨蛋演唱會，2月7日參加好聲音深圳演唱會;春節期間參加錄製了北京卡酷少兒春晚、城市春晚，並於大年初一北京衛視春晚獻唱了多語版《Let it go》支持北京申辦冬奧會;隨後2月23日-3月10日周深參加了「文化中國四海同春」藝術團慰僑活動赴大洋洲五城市演出;4月為電影《何以笙簫默》片頭片尾配唱人聲SOLO《You Are My Sunshine》;5月代表「中國好聲音」前往倫敦參加當地「The Voice」總決選，並擔任評審及表演嘉賓。7月發行首張翻唱專輯《回味》並舉辦新專輯首唱會。7月24日在重慶舉辦個人專輯簽售會，25日在重慶大劇院進行新專輯演唱會。
2016年5月18日，周深獻唱《大魚海棠》推出印象曲MV《大魚》。
