煎釀土豆 土豆做法很多種,煮湯炒著吃都很好吃,煎釀土豆世道容易下手的食譜,也非常的下飯。土豆皮中含有較豐富的營養物質。[1]
食材
主料: 馬鈴薯丁(脫水)100g 、肉末100g。[2] 輔料: 洋蔥適量豆豉適量蔥花適量蒜蓉
調料: 洋蔥適量豆豉適量
煎釀土豆的做法
1.肥瘦肉剁碎、洋蔥少許剁碎、蒜蓉、豆豉、土豆、蔥花
2.把土豆切片,最後不要切斷
3.醃製好肉沫加入洋蔥碎拌勻,釀入土豆中
4.鍋里下油爆香蒜蓉和豆豉
5.放入土豆肉夾煎,兩面煎到金黃加少許水蓋蓋
6.最後用生粉、蚝油、老抽勾芡,[3]
7.撒上蔥花即可
