淡肩角蟾M. boettgeri( Boulenger);Palm- shouldered Megophrys 本種與小角蟾Megophrys minor相似。淡肩角蟾背面肩部有大的淺色半圓斑。分布於我國四川、安徽、浙江、江西、福建、廣東和廣西。

生活在海拔600米左右的山溪附近雜草灌木叢生及土質潮濕的碎石隙中。平時活動分散而不易發現，但5-7月間一般在溪邊能見到。雌性個體較大，皮膚較光滑。雄性較小，背與腹側疣謳粒較多。繁殖時期第1指有婚墊。

頭扁平,長寬幾乎相等;吻端平切而略尖,吻稜角狀;頰部垂直;鼓膜大;上頜齒明顯,無犁骨齒;舌後端無缺刻;脛跗關節前伸達眼后角,具趾緣膜,趾間有蹼跡。體背皮膚較光滑、褐色,有分散的小刺疣;肩上方有半圓形淺色斑和「/」形膚褶。兩眼間具「V」形淺色斑。體側有斷續的膚褶和大疣粒;頦部疣粒小而呈白色;腹面棕黃色,光滑無斑。雄蟾體長34.5mm左右,雌蟾39.1mm左右。棲於海拔350-1000m山林溪邊的草叢和土穴中,晝伏夜出。成體以林中的鱗翅目、鞘翅目和膜翅目昆蟲為食。每年6月產卵。蝌蚪唇呈漏斗狀。分布於四川、安徽、浙江、湖南、江西、福建、廣西和廣東 。

淡肩角蟾形態特徵

淡肩角蟾 體小，雄蟾體長36毫米，雌蟾43毫米左右，頭長寬幾乎相等，吻盾形，顯著突出於下唇；鼓膜大而明顯；無犁骨棱和犁骨齒。背麵皮膚較光滑，有分散小刺粒。後肢較長，脛跗關節前達眼部；指、趾端圓，趾側微具緣膜，基部有蹼跡。背面棕褐色或黑褐色，兩眼間黑褐色寬帶一直延伸到背部，肩上方形成半圓形淺棕色斑或略帶綠色。雄性第一指婚刺細密，第二指刺少。卵徑2.3毫米~2.9毫米，乳黃色。蝌蚪全長46毫米，頭體長14.5毫米左右；口部漏斗狀；尾部多無深色斑。

淡肩角蟾生活習性

淡肩角蟾 生活在海拔330米~1600米山區流溪附近。5~6月間成體多棲於溪邊雜草叢中，夜間常在小灌木葉上、枯竹竿或溝邊石上發出連續10餘個短音組成的鳴聲，開始音清脆低沉，越叫聲調越高。繁殖季節為6~8月，產卵200餘枚。

蝌蚪多棲於溪邊緩流處石下或碎石間。分布於山西、陝西、甘肅、四川、安徽、浙江、江西、湖南、福建、廣東、廣西。
