長期從事關於憶阻器、類腦計算存算一體芯片、人工智能硬件、神經形態器件等方面研究,目前主要研究方向包括: 1. 基於憶阻器神經形態器件及其在類腦計算中的應用

2. 面向人工智能的憶阻器存算一體芯片和系統

3. 基於大生產平台的憶阻器規模化集成技術

研究成果

累計發表Nature Reviews Materials、Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Electronics、Nature Communications、Science Advances、IEDM等期刊和會議論文120餘篇,SCI引用5600餘次,H因子為33。累計2篇入選TOP 0.1% ESI熱點論文,11篇入選TOP 1% ESI高被引論文,3篇入選期刊封面/內封面,受邀撰寫中英文專著5章,獲13項國家發明專利授權,研究工作入選北京智源人工智能研究院發布的「2020年世界十大AI進展」,並被Advanced Science News、Materials Views、nanotechweb.org、X-MOL、RSC中國等幾十家網站重點報道。
