攻佔提康德羅加堡是美國獨立戰爭早期的一場軍事衝突。1775年5月10日，反叛英國的綠山嶺兄弟，以及阿諾德號召的新格蘭民兵突襲尚布蘭湖南部、哈德遜河河畔的英軍要塞，並以極少數兵力攻佔提康德羅加堡、皇冠岬堡及聖讓恩堡，俘虜全部駐守英軍，以及多枚重型火爆，這些火炮後來遠運送抵波士頓的大陸軍陣地，最終迫使英軍撤出波士頓。
攻佔提康德羅加堡對美國獨立戰爭有重要戰略影響，在此以前，駐守加拿大的英軍可沿哈德遜河南下，穿過整個紐約州，由北面夾擊正在包圍波士頓的民兵。提康德羅加堡失守後，英軍南下路線開始受阻。

攻佔提康德羅加堡'發生於1775年5月10日，由伊杉·艾倫和貝內迪克特·阿諾德上校率領的綠山嶺兄弟攻克了在要塞內的英國守軍，並強走了守軍的擁有物。要塞內的加農砲及其餘軍備均被運往波士頓以便攻克多徹斯特高地堡壘，進而打破波士頓攻城戰的僵局。
攻佔提康德羅加堡後，一支小分隊也於5月11日攻占了皇冠點要塞。5月18日，阿諾德率領50人大膽地突襲位於魁北克省南部，黎塞留河旁的聖讓恩堡，擄獲軍事糧備、加農砲及尚普蘭湖上大批軍用船隻。
雖然這次軍事行動的規模相當小，但卻富含重大戰略意義。此次行動切斷了北方英軍和南方英軍的聯絡，且給予新生的大陸軍於1775年末侵魁北克的機會。此外，本次行動也意味深長地影響了艾倫和阿諾德兩位指揮官，他們試圖藉由這些事件獲取更多的信用及榮耀。
