孫大文 |
孫大文,男,出生於中國廣東省潮州市,食品科學家,歐洲人文和自然科學院院士[1]、愛爾蘭皇家科學院院士[2]、國際食品科學院院士[3]、國際農業與生物系統工程科學院院士[4]、愛爾蘭國立都柏林大學終身教授。
1978年孫大文考入華南工學院,先後獲得學士、碩士、博士學位;1988年博士畢業後留校任教;1989年開始分別在德國斯圖加特大學、英國貝爾法斯特女王大學、紐卡斯爾大學和謝菲爾德大學任職;1995年受聘於愛爾蘭國立都柏林大學,先後擔任講師、高級講師、副教授、教授;2004年被英國皇家機械工程師學會授予食品工程師年度人物大獎;2010年當選為愛爾蘭皇家科學院院士;2011年增選為歐洲人文和自然科學院院士;2012年當選為國際食品科學院院士;2013年3月獲得影響世界華人大獎[5],5月獲得國際食品保護協會冷凍研究獎;2016年被授予國際農業與生物系統工程委員會榮譽主席[6] 。
孫大文的研究方向:新興食品加工技術;食品乾燥、冷卻、冷凍、冷藏技術;果蔬儲藏與保鮮技術;食品加工過程的模擬,優化和控制;食品檢測的計算機視覺技術 。
2010年7月,提出低碳食品體系的概念。

1982年,在華南理工大學機械工程專業獲學士學位,1985年獲碩士學位,1988年獲化學工程博士學位。
1989年至1995年,分別在德國斯圖加特大學,英國貝爾法斯特女王大學,紐卡斯爾大學和謝菲爾德大學任職。
1995年起,受聘於愛爾蘭國立都柏林大學(UCD),成為在愛爾蘭第一個獲得永久教職的華人,並且以最短的時間從講師晉升為高級講師、副教授和正教授。當前,孫大文博士是愛爾蘭都柏林大學食品和生物系統工程教授,領導着食品冷凍及計算機化食品技術研究團隊,是愛爾蘭有史以來的第一位華人終身教授。

科研成就
研究方向:新興食品加工技術;食品乾燥、冷卻、冷凍、冷藏技術;果蔬儲藏與保鮮技術;食品加工過程的模擬,優化和控制;食品檢測的計算機視覺技術
他的主要研究包括製冷、冷凍及乾燥過程和系統、食品質量與安全、生物過程模擬和優化以及計算機視覺識別技術等。尤其值得指出的是,他在真空冷卻熟肉製品、計算機視覺檢測比薩餅質量、採用可食用膜技術實現果蔬貨價期延長等方面具有世界領先的開創性成就,得到了國內外媒體的廣泛報導。他在世界上著名雜誌和國際會議上發表了900多篇高水平論文,出版專著15部,其中超過500篇論文被SCI收錄(H指數81)。
超快速食品冷卻技術
首次採用了冷卻機理完全不同的真空冷卻方法,實驗結果證明真空冷卻對熟肉製品及即食食品都具有極其明顯的超快速效果,獲得了突破性成果。例如,採用該技術可以將熟肉製品(5至7公斤)在約一個半小時內從72度冷卻到4度,在大幅度增加生產效率的同時極大地提高了產品的質量和安全性,而使用常規的工業界冷卻方法一般需要15個小時。該研究一直處於世界領先地位,得到國際同行及西方食品工業界的密切關注。
食品快速質量檢測計算機視覺系統
計算機視覺系統對比薩餅及其它食品的快速質量檢測的系列研究開創了對食品特別是複雜的比薩餅的生產質量和屬性進行自動檢測的應用先例。該系統以計算機的自動化和高速處理代替了以往人工的方法,促使食品的生產和檢測跟上了現代高科技的發展。
食品塗膜保鮮
首次研究出一種全新的用大豆蛋白等研製成無色無味和透明的可食用塗膜溶液,對水果和蔬菜進行塗膜保鮮,可明顯延長產品的貨架期。這種包裝膜無色無味和透明並且可食用,不會對產品外觀及質量產生任何影響,使用方法也相當簡便,只需要將果蔬產品在包裝溶液中泡浸一下即可完成,為當前食品包裝技術向高效率高環保的方向發展奠定了堅實的基礎。這一技術經《新科學家》雜誌報道後,再次引起了工業界的高度重視,被視為食品包裝技術的革命。

先後於2000年和2006年被素有農業工程界的"奧林匹克"之稱的國際農業工程委員會(International Commission of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering,CIGR)授予CIGR傑出獎,2007年被授予印度食品科學家及技術人員協會會士(AFST(I) Fellow Award)榮譽稱號,2008年獲CIGR成就獎,2010年被授予國際農業工程委員會會士(CIGR Fellow Award)榮譽稱號,並於2004年被英國皇家機械工程師學會授予"食品工程師年度人物(Food Engineer of the Year Award)"大獎。2010年12月底,被全球32個國家的152家中文媒體共同評為"2010年全球海外華人社區十大新聞人物"。2013年3月,他獲頒由鳳凰衛視,中國新聞社等兩岸三地富有影響力的十餘家華文媒體共同評選的2012-2013世界因你而美麗--"影響世界華人大獎",與諾貝爾文學獎得主莫言、神舟九號飛行乘組等獲獎個人和團體同台領獎。2013年5月,他又榮獲國際食品保護協會(IAFP)頒發的冷凍食品基金會冷凍研究獎(Frozen Food Foundation Freezing Research Award),成為美國本土以外首位獲得該著名獎項的科學家。2015年6月,他又被授予國際工程與食品協會(International Association of Engineering and Food,IAEF)終身成就獎(IAEF LifetimeAchievement Award),這一獎項是為表彰世界上傑出工程師為食品工程貢獻一生而設立的。 2015年12月,榮獲湯森路透2015高被引科學家稱號 ,2016年6月,他又被授予國際農業與生物系統工程委員會(CIGR)榮譽主席稱號。2016年11月,他再次榮獲"湯森路透2016高被引科學家"稱號。
2010年,他當選為代表愛爾蘭國家最高學術榮譽和成就巔峰的的愛爾蘭皇家科學院(Royal Irish Academy)院士。時任中共中央政治局委員、中央書記處書記、中央組織部部長現任中華人民共和國副主席李源潮同志特委託中組部發去賀信表示祝賀,盛讚孫大文"為中華兒女爭了光,""為推動中國食品技術的發展,培養年輕人才,付出了大量心血,做出了重要貢獻。"同年,他又當選為國際農業工程委員會即任主席,任期從2011年元月開始,並於2013年起接任主席,他成為國際農業工程委員會成立82年以來的首位華人主席。 2011年,他再獲殊榮,被光榮增選為歐洲人文和自然科學院(Academia Europaea)院士,成為首次當選該院院士的歐洲華人科學家,同時也成為歐洲歷史上首位擁有兩院院士的華人。2012年,他又當選為國際食品科學院(IAFoST)院士,為全球共增選的22名院士中唯一來自愛爾蘭的學者。2016年12月,他當選為國際農業與生物系統工程科學院(iAABE)首任院長,成為iAABE的創院院長,同時也成為iAABE現有33名院士之一。

根據湯森路透集團出版發行的基本科學指標(Essential Science Indicators)數據庫有關全球農業科學家排名,在匯集和分析過去十年Web of Science所收錄SCI論文系統的數據統計,全球共有四千多名科學家排名進入農業科學專業領域前1%的"被引用次數最多的科學家"(Most Cited Scientists),其中孫大文多年來一直名列前茅,位列第26名(2015.1),按"高被引論文(HIGHLYCITEDPAPERS)"排名,全球排名第一(2015.8)。
他是中國致公黨中央委員,中國僑聯特聘專家,國務院僑務辦公室專家諮詢委員會委員,廣東院士聯誼會常務理事,北京海外專家諮詢委員會主任委員,河北省人民政府諮詢委員會委員,廣東省政協特聘委員,廣東留學人員聯誼會·廣東歐美同學會常務理事。
2016年12月,從廣東省僑辦獲悉,最近,國際農業與生物系統工程科學院(International Academy of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering,簡稱iAABE)對該科學院理事會進行了選舉,著名華人科學家,歐洲人文和自然科學院院士、愛爾蘭皇家科學院院士、國際食品科學院院士孫大文當選為iAABE首任院長,成為iAABE的創院院長。同時孫大文成為iAABE現有33名院士之一。
