研究方向

胶接界面多场耦合老化表征新方法和力学建模.

轻质连接结构极端环境耐久性试验和性能分析.

复合材料轻量化连接工艺和力学性能评价.

长期致力于轻质金属和纤维增强复合材料的新型连接技术及性能评价研究,围绕轻质材料的胶接、胶-铆、栓-胶等复合连接结构设计、 制备工艺、试验表征、力学建模和湿热环境服役耐久性评价等方面开展了研究工作,特别是在极端工况环境老化试验、复合材料损伤和 裂纹扩展、基于有限元二次开发的多场耦合老化行为建模预测等领域取得了丰富成果。在国内外该研究领域首次提出胶层在湿-热-力场 联合工况下老化行为的完全耦合分析方法,从而为胶接结构实际服役过程中残余强度评价和服役寿命预测提供了有效方法。研究成果得 到了中国工程物理研究院、中国商飞、奥新新能源汽车、日本神户制钢所等科研院所和企业的关注,其中关键部件的制备、连接和建模 预测技术则直接应用到了航空航天、汽车、微电子等领域实际部件生产和服役寿命预测中。

自2011年以来共发表相关领域学术论文50余篇,其中SCI收录33篇,EI收录中文期刊(机械工程学报)4篇,包括国内外复合材料和结构 胶接领域权威期刊Journal of Power Sources (IF: 8.247)、Composites Part B: Engineering (IF:7.635)、Composite Structures (IF: 5.138)、Journal of Sandwich Structures and Materials (IF:5.616)、Thin-walled Structures (IF: 4.033)、International Journal of Adhesion and Adhesives (IF: 2.671)、机械工程学报等。所发表论文Google Scholar总引用393次,Web of Science单篇 最高他引44次。主持和参加国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、中国博士后科学基金、辽宁省教育厅科学研究项目等基金项目9项, 校企合作横向课题9项。

先后在英国萨里大学Andrew Crocombe教授胶接环境耐久性研究团队和澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学Yuantong Gu教授工程科学先进建模仿真 实验室进行联合培养和访学交流。获邀担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家、SCI期刊Journal of Adhesion Science & Technology编 委、英国Society for Adhesion & Adhesives会员、5th ICSAB分会场主席、第27届北京粘接学会学术年会大会邀请报告。担任 Composites Part B、Composite Structures、Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing、Polymer Testing、Thin-Walled Structures、机械工程学报等十余个学术期刊审稿人。获钱令希力学奖、《机械工程学报》优秀审稿专家。
