李实，男，汉族，1956年10月4日出生于江苏徐州，本科毕业于南京大学，研究生毕业于北京大学，是著名的经济学家[1]。代表作有《中国居民收入分配再研究》、《中国居民收入分配研究3》等。2018年10月，荣获全国脱贫攻坚奖创新奖。

主要事迹
30年来，李实一直致力于收入分配领域的研究，为坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战提供了重要的理论支持。李实学术成果丰硕，获得第八届"中国经济学理论创新奖"(中国理论经济学最高奖项)，三获"孙冶方经济学奖"(1994年、2010年、2017年)，被国际学术界誉为"中国收入分配先生"。
李实及其团队高度重视以学术成果服务社会，政策咨询报告多次获得国家领导人批示。李实兼任国务院扶贫开发领导小组专家咨询委员会委员、农业农村部专家咨询委员会委员等职务，还荣获"全国扶贫开发先进个人"称号。
李实创立中国收入分配研究院、微观政策模拟中心和人的发展经济学研究中心等高端智库，以中国特色社会主义发展和收入分配理论为支撑，为国家全面实施脱贫攻坚战略提供了重要的理论基础和智力支持。
