孙传清,男,1964年10月生于湖南省新邵县博士中国农业大学农学院植物遗传育种学与种子科学系教授博士生导师[1]。国家农业野生植物鉴定评价中心(水稻)主任,作物杂种优势研究与利用教育部重点实验室主任[2]

2021年11月3日,孙传清主持的项目“水稻驯化的分子机理研究”获2020年度国家自然科学奖二等奖[3]

2002年获教育部优秀青年教师资助计划,2004年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才,2006年享受政府特殊津贴;2007年获国家杰出青年科学基金;2008年,"Control of a key transition from prostrate to erect growth in rice domestication(控制水稻进化中由匍匐到直立生长的关键转变)"的研究论文在世界遗传学顶尖杂志Nature Genetics(《自然-遗传学》)正式发表;2009年他被教育部聘为特聘教授。 研究方向是水稻基因资源与分子育种学,主要包括水稻资源遗传多样性、野生稻优异基因发掘、定位、克隆及利用、亚洲栽培稻进化分子机理、水稻分子育种。

社会兼职

兼任国家植物基因研究中心(北京)项目科学家,国际生物多样性计划中国国家专家委员会委员,《生物多样性》和《Journal of Integrated Plant Biology》杂志的编委。
