职业生平
早年
比埃托出生于科尔多瓦省一个名为巴尔内阿利亚的小镇。他在7岁时就加入当地俱乐部巴尔内阿利亚独立队。
比埃托在15岁便加入甲级联赛大学生，[1] 但在两年后因为在罗萨里奥中央试训失败，而选择加盟竞赛队青年队。[2]

青年队
