模板{{lang-uk}}向讀者表明一個名詞或短語在烏克蘭語的原文形式。名詞或短語是唯一的必要參數。文本依據求真百科:格式手冊/文字格式的建議進行格式化。

模板通常應放置在外文名詞或短語的中文翻譯後。

參數|links=no可防止鏈接語言名稱。

參數|translit=給出轉譯，使用拉丁字母表示原文。此處列出了具有此參數的模板。對於原本使用拉丁文字的語言，lang-x模板不支持此參數。

參數|lit=給出中文直譯，可能適用於{{lang-uk}}。
