==做法==
1. 白萝卜削皮,洗净,切象[[眼片]]。
2. 取一容器,放一层白萝卜片,然后把白萝卜片上撒一层盐,然后再铺一层白萝卜片再撒一层盐。如此把所有白萝卜片腌好,放置15分钟。
3. 15分钟后,把容器里的白萝卜盐水倒掉,然后加入白糖搅拌均匀,静置15分钟。
4. 15分钟后,把容器里的白萝卜糖水倒掉,然后再加入一点白糖搅拌均匀。
5. 加入少许米醋,少许陈醋,少许生抽,然后放入2颗冰糖,再放入适量的矿泉水,矿泉水不宜过多,以刚没过白萝卜为宜。
