==做法==
1.冬瓜洋葱取皮洗净。

2.切小丁备用、

3.面粉中打鸡蛋加水搅拌。

4.加入切好的冬瓜[[洋葱丁]]，盐，十三香。

5.调成糊装。

6.锅中倒少许油倒入调好的面糊用铲铺匀。

7.煎成金黄色翻过去煎另一面。

8.两面都煎成金黄色出锅切好装盘。
