1990年5月31日出生於四川瀘州，中國新生代女演員，
是一位地地道道的四川女孩，她從小就喜歡看書、跳舞，
有着深厚文化底蘊和舞蹈功底的譚松韻由於氣質優雅又清純可人，宛如鄰家女孩，
得到了許多導演的青睞，憑藉其獨特的氣質與敬業的態度虜獲了大批影迷的芳心，深受大家的認可。
譚松韻作為一線演員的成功並非一帆風順。在她看似順利的演藝生涯中，不僅是她娃娃臉的祝福，還有她良好、積極、樂觀的態度
使她成為一名全國知名度很高的女演員。
譚松韻從小就很可愛，看起來像個可愛的洋娃娃，但她的性格很粗心。
譚松韻小學時不小心把墨水灑在身上。她母親見到她後取笑她。她說她不知道自己將來會成為一名醫生。
直到我長大了，我才知道我媽媽沒有表揚她。
儘管譚松韻的母親從小就對她嚴格要求，但譚松韻與母親的關係很好。
也許，母親的嚴格要求和內心的愛讓譚松韻在綜藝節目中看起來像個體貼的好女孩。
進入這個行業不久，經常有人對她說，你不是一個大女人。但譚松韻一點也不不不開心和沮喪，而是一直在默默地工作。
我們正處於時差的最佳狀態。沒有人知道，在一段時間內，她日夜工作，累得哭得很大聲，但第二天她不得不走遍全國，以趕上通知。
但對她來說，這些挫折和艱辛為成功奠定了不可磨滅的基礎。

2001年，進入四川省舞蹈學校學習古典舞和民間舞。
2005年，因拍攝電視劇《山菊花》而接觸表演。
2007年，考入北京電影學院表演系，因為長相清純，靈秀動人，成為新生代知名演員之一，
2008年，拍攝電影《5.12：汶川不相信眼淚》。
2009年，她接拍電視劇《我的燃情歲月》中惠安女之小妹這一角色 。同年，還參加了電影《進出》的拍攝，飾演一個虛擬人物小仙女 。
2010年，她首次嘗試情景喜劇，在中國版《搞笑一家人》中飾演有着「特殊身份」的高中生蔣貝蒂 。
隨後其加盟到了都市情感劇《幸福攻略》，形象乖巧的她扮演叛逆倔強的菲兒 。同年，她還在由鄭曉龍指導的清宮劇《後宮·甄嬛傳》中出演了可愛單純的淳貴人一角 。
2012年，拍攝陳凱歌指導的電影《搜索》，並在多部影視劇出演角色，如《林師傅在首爾》中的權錦繡，《民國警花》中的女警花伍月，《金太狼的幸福生活》中的彤彤等。
2013年，與劉德華、林志玲等拍攝電影《富春山居圖》，扮演雙子座魔女。後再與郭富城、孫紅雷等合作電影《全民目擊》。
2014年，主演電視劇《大當家》，飾演單純、直率、捍衛愛情的桂花香 ;後與宋丹丹合作出演電視劇《幸福請你等等我》，飾演宋丹丹的女兒何朵朵 。
