Early Life

Career

Stott made her television debut in the acclaimed BBC crime drama Happy Valley, appearing in its final series. She subsequently appeared in the historical drama A Gentleman in Moscow, based on Amor Towles' novel.^[1]

Her breakthrough role came in 2024 when she was cast as Young Linda in Series 2 of The Change, a Channel 4 British comedy-drama series created by and starring Bridget Christie. The series follows Linda, a woman undergoing menopause, on a journey of self-discovery. Stott portrays the younger version of the lead character.

Speaking about her experience on the set of The Change, which was filmed in Wales, Stott said: "I learned how to stunt as I've never done it before, and I really liked the stunt coordinator because she taught me how to stunt coordinate. I had jelly pads on my knees, so I didn't hurt my knees, which made me laugh!"

She described her favourite part of filming: "My favourite thing was the forest with the moss and the green bugs. It was massive, and there was a lot of nature around. When I was doing a stunt on the floor, there was a green and purple beetle crawling up me, and it was in my hair."

Stott has also completed work on a major feature film starring opposite Cillian Murphy, though details of the project have not yet been publicly released.
