韓生成,男,北京師範大學生命科學學院教授。

人物簡歷

1992年畢業於南開大學生物系微生物學專業,獲學士學位;1997年獲得中國農業大學(原北京農業大學)生物化學及分子生物學專業博士學位,期間主要從事玉米花粉肌動蛋白的純化和結構分析的研究;1997年7月-1999年6月在中國科學院微生物研究所做博士後,從事轉基因水稻抗矮縮病毒的研究;1999年7月-2000年12月在美國加州大學聖地亞哥分校生物科學分部作博士後,研究微管結合蛋白-TANGLED1對玉米葉片細胞分裂及葉片發育的調控;2001年1月-2005年6月在美國杜克大學生物系作博士後,從事植物細胞鈣信號的研究;2005年7月-2008年6月在美國弗吉尼亞大學生物系作博士後,從事煙草尼古丁代謝的轉錄調控的研究;2007年9月被聘為北京師範大學教授,擔任「985工程」科技創新平台團隊研究員。2008年7月回國工作。

研究內容

植物鈣信號發生分子機制:重點探索感受不同內外源因素引起胞質鈣離子和核內鈣離子增加的受體或離子通道並解析其作用機制,揭示植物鈣信號轉導新通路。

水稻穎果發育轉錄調控機制:重點探索水稻初級穎果次級穎果之間表達差異的關鍵編碼基因非編碼基因作用機制及生物學功能,揭示水稻初次級穎果發育差異的分子機制,為提高水稻產量及改善品質提供基因資源。
