A. 航天航空中的熱流科學問題:

a. 材料表面催化/氧化/氮化/熱解/燒蝕等界面傳熱傳質及材料熱響應計算;

Surface catalysis, oxidation, nitridation, pyrolysis, ablation and thermal response simulation (full coupled);

b. 發汗理論 / 相變,多孔介質中的多相流動與傳熱;

Transpiration theory, phase Change, Multiphase flow and heat transfer in the porous medium;

c. 人工智能輔助傳熱計算應用。

AI-Assistant heat transfer simulation techniques.

B. 流動與傳熱過程的數值預測及熱管理應用:

a. 微尺度流動和傳熱;

b. 新型製冷與低溫技術(電子器件冷卻技術等);

c. 能源的高效利用及強化傳熱機制與新方法。

C. 核心研發設計類工業軟件產品開發(JM兩用)。
