羅海文,男,北京科技大學冶金學院羅海文教授,系科技部科技創新領軍人才和中組部萬人計劃科技領軍人才,在國內外高校科研院所從事先進鋼鐵材料品種開發逾20年

科研方向

Ø 鋼鐵材料品種研發:

l 具有優秀強塑積的第三代汽車用TRIP鋼(中高Mn含量、高殘餘奧氏體分數)設計、製備等相關基礎研究;

l 熱成型鋼開發,包括超高強度和無AlSi塗層抗氧化兩種類型;

l 取向硅鋼成分及其關鍵工藝的研究,:

ü 脫碳工序的脫碳動力學的定量數學模型研發;

ü 低溫加熱工藝下的滲氮工序的抑制劑數量與分布及其定量數值模型;

ü 低溫加熱工藝下的高溫退火過程中抑制劑的演變、二次再結晶溫度及其數學模型研究;

ü Sn對取向硅鋼退火組織和磁性的影響

l 新能源汽車驅動電機用高強度無取向硅鋼的研發

ü 成本經濟型含Nb高強無取向硅鋼,發明專利在申請狀態

ü 力學性能與磁性俱佳的含Cu高強無取向硅鋼,獲得授權發明專利

l 超高強不鏽鋼研發,屈服強度超過2000MPa

l 軸承鋼研究

ü 超純淨軸承鋼夾雜物評級模型研究;

ü 航天用高溫軸承鋼研發;

Ø 鋼鐵材料加工過程中的數值模型研究

l 硅鋼連續退火時脫碳、滲氮動力學過程以及高溫退火過程中抑制劑演變的數值模擬研究;

l 鋼中相變的熱力學和動力學計算研究,尤其是擴散型相變的相變動力學等數學模型的建立與計算,包括相界面的遷移、溶質元素的配分以及合金元素和溫度的影響等等;

l 針對超純淨鋼中夾雜物的評級模型研究,建立了帕累托(GPD)夾雜物評價方法;

l 微合金鋼中析出物的實驗和數學模型研究;

l 含Al, Ti, Nb,V等鋼的連鑄坯在加熱過程中的晶粒反常長大機理及其長大溫度的模型預測。
