維克托·麥克拉格倫(Victor McLaglen)[1] 1886年12月10日生於英國維爾斯，父親是牧師。在加拿大做過職業拳擊手，還當過馬戲團的演員。第一次世界大戰時當過愛爾蘭火槍手隊長。20年代初開始在銀幕中出演角色，1924年到好萊塢。1935年主演《告密者》，榮獲第8屆奧斯卡最佳男主角金像獎。1959年11月7日由於心臟病逝世於美國加州。
