主要參與國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計劃等國家級科研項目多項。已在《Molecular Plant》、《Plant Biotechnology Journal》《Theoretical and Applied Genetics》、《Genome Biology and Evolution》、《BMC Evolutionary Biology》等國際期刊上發表第一作者或合作者論文20餘篇。
