李傑婕,女,北京師範大學生命科學學院教授。

人物簡歷

  • 2002年9月至2006年7月於中國農業大學生物學院獲理學學士學位;
  • 2006年9月至2011年5月於中國農業大學生物學院獲博士學位,專業:植物學,導師:袁明教授;
  • 2011年5月至2015年12月於美國普渡大學生物學院Chris Staiger教授實驗室從事博士後研究工作;
  • 2016年6月至2017年6月就職於北京師範大學生命科學學院,任副教授。
  • 2017年6月至今就職於北京師範大學生命科學學院,任教授。

研究內容

課題組主要致力於植物發育與免疫應答的細胞信號網絡研究。植物通過活躍的細胞骨架重排保障植物完成發育進程或者適應環境變化。特別是在植物與微生物相互作用過程中,細胞骨架-質膜-細胞壁連續體作為生物互作的第一道屏障(或免疫防線),在宿主與菌相互作用界面形成過程中發揮至關重要作用,同時也是微生物(病原菌或共生菌)分泌的效應蛋白或毒力因子的重要靶標。本課題組通過遺傳學,分子生物學細胞生物學以及生物化學等手段,闡述微絲骨架在植物先天免疫過程中的作用及其分子機制。主要內容包括研究植物先天免疫過程中微絲骨架的動態變化規律;研究調控微絲骨架動態的上游免疫信號網絡及靶蛋白;闡明先天免疫過程中微絲骨架動態變化的生理學意義。
