李志宏,男,北京大學集成電路學院教授。

人物履歷

科研/教育經歷

1992年畢業於北京大學微電子專業,1997年在北京大學獲微電子學與固體電子學博士學位,同年留校工作。2000年到2004年在美國加州大學戴維斯分校和美國康奈爾大學做訪問學者。2004年7月返回北大,繼續從事科研和教學工作。

生物微機電系統腦機接口

研究成果

多年來一直從事MEMS/NEMS理論、設計和加工方面的研究,在生物微機電(BioMEMS)和微納流控系統(Micro/Nanofluidics)取得突出研究成果。作為項目負責人主持國家「863」、國家自然科學基金等科研項目10餘項,在本領域高水平學術期刊和國際學術會議上發表論文200餘篇,做國際會議邀請報告10餘次,申請和授權專利39項(授權27項),為5本書籍撰寫章節。擔任本領域頂級國際會議IEEE MEMS、Transducers國際指導委員會委員,MicroTAS ETPC委員,IEEE MEMS 2022和MicroTAS 2022共同主席。
