張 毅 ,男,北京師範大學生命科學學院博士生導師。
人物簡歷
2004年畢業於北京師範大學生命科學學院生物科學專業,獲學士學位;2010年獲北京師範大學生命科學學院細胞生物學專業博士學位,期間主要從事植物細胞骨架結構與功能方向的研究;2011年-2017年分別在德國馬克斯-普朗克分子植物生理學研究所、英國劍橋大學從事博士後工作,主要研究植物細胞壁合成的分子調控機理和機械應力調控植物頂端分生組織形態的機制。在Nature Communications、Trends in Plant Science和The Plant Cell等學術期刊上發表論文多篇。2017年底被聘為北京師範大學研究員,就職於北京師範大學生命科學學院細胞增殖及調控生物學教育部重點實驗室。
研究內容
1、植物細胞壁合成的分子調控機理:細胞壁是植物細胞區別於動物細胞的特徵性結構之一,在維持植物細胞形態和調控細胞生長等過程中起重要作用,與植物尤其是農作物的株型、抗倒伏性和抗病蟲害能力等重要農藝性狀密切相關。此外,植物細胞壁具有廣泛的工業應用價值,例如其主要成分纖維素不僅是造紙和紡織工業的主要原料,也是可被轉化為安全、清潔的可再生能源的生物質資源。本實驗室的一個主要方向是研究植物細胞壁中纖維素合成的分子基礎,如纖維素合酶複合體新成員的篩選和功能分析、纖維素合酶複合體組裝和分泌過程的分子調控機理、細胞壁和細胞骨架之間的相互作用關係等。
2、植物細胞感受和應答機械應力作用的分子機理:植物區別於動物的另一特性是其不具有移動性。為了應對風吹雨打等外界機械刺激,植物具有特異的響應機制來協調其生長發育。本實驗室重點篩選和鑑定植物機械應力信號受體,研究細胞壁 -細胞膜-細胞骨架連續體在植物細胞應答機械應力中的作用。
3、植物細胞骨架的上游信號通路:細胞骨架是廣泛存在於真核細胞中的三維網絡結構,在細胞分裂和生長等過程中發揮至關重要的作用。本實驗室綜合利用細胞生物學、生物化學和遺傳學等技術手段研究植物細胞骨架的功能,篩選和鑑定細胞骨架動態變化的上游調控因子,研究這些蛋白質在細胞分裂和生長中的作用。
