博士生導師,為陳志南院士北京交通大學團隊負責人。協助陳院士指導5名博士畢業。

長期關注腫瘤微環境中多種間質細胞,如成纖維細胞、巨噬細胞、T細胞等在肺癌、結腸癌和肝癌發生髮展中的作用及分子機制。利用多種轉基因及基因敲除小鼠,採用多種腫瘤模型,結合臨床研究:

(1)結腸炎和結腸癌發生髮展的分子機制:炎症因子在炎-癌轉變中的作用及分子機制;

(2)肝纖維化、酒精肝、脂肪肝、肝癌發生髮展的分子機制。

(3)免疫細胞代謝對腫瘤發生髮展的調控。

(4)免疫抑制分子抗腫瘤免疫的分子機制。

在Cancer Research、Cell Reports、Journal of Pathology、Cell Research等雜誌以第一/通訊發表SCI論文近30篇。近5年發表19篇,其中16篇IF>5,2篇IF>10。主持國家科技部 「973」子課題1項,國家自然科學基金6項,JW 科技委173項目1項,北京自然科學基金1項。
