尼爾·賽門（NeilSimon，1927年7月4日－2018年8月26日），美國劇作家，以其幽默的對話和生動刻畫中產階級生活而著名。因其在商業上連創佳績的喜劇和音樂劇，他成了美國戲劇歷史上最成功的劇作家。
1961年，他寫成了第一部戲劇《吹響你的小號》，充滿笑話的輕喜劇，同樣也是其早期戲劇的特色。許多他的戲劇都被改編成電影，包括《裸足佳偶》（1963年），基於他住在曼哈頓無電梯公寓中的新婚生活經驗而作。《單身公寓》（1965年），講述兩名與他們的妻子分開的大男人的故事，同樣也被改編成電影。
