小喬治·安德魯·賴斯納（George Andrew Reisner Jr.)，( 1867年11月5日－1942年6月6日），出生於美國印第安納波利斯，父親喬治·安德魯·賴斯納一世和母親瑪麗·伊麗莎白·梅森都是德國裔[1]。是美國的一名專門研究古埃及和周邊地區的學者，從事許多相關的金字塔研究。

生平

他在哈佛大學獲得本科、碩士和博士學位[2]。

他最早是在努比亞進行努比亞金字塔的研究工作，後來轉向研究埃及金字塔，發掘過海特菲莉斯一世和一些吉薩地區的墓穴。

1924年至克爾馬(Kerma}的發掘，他挖掘了各種墳墓，裡面有數百具骷髏和各種各樣的物品，克爾馬不再被視為僅可追溯到公元前2000年的埃及貿易站，而是庫什王國的古都。克爾馬發掘出土的物品構成了一個考古群，它在一方面與埃及中央王國群有明確的聯繫，。

1908年，他又領導了哈佛大學的撒瑪利亞考古發掘隊[3]。自1914年至去世為止，他是哈佛大學的埃及學教授。[4]
