唐佳文 唐佳文，男，1971年9月生於貴州省松桃苗族自治縣，苗族，德國海德堡大學教育學博士、博士後；德國海德堡師範大學國際教育比較研究所教授，博士生導師。主要研究方向及領域:高等教育管理學、比較教育學、教育經濟與管理、創新教育。曾任職於廣東技術師範學院，廣東廣播電視大學，廣東省委黨校，中山大學。參與研究的國內國際課題十五項，發表學術論文30多篇。
