研究興趣

研究結果

1. 開發了一種環烯的高手性選擇性Heck反應催化劑,一種手性雙膦單氧化物Xyl-SDP(O)。它具有優異的底物通用性、高活性和高立體選擇性的特點 。新催化劑已由Sigma-Aldrich商業化。

2. 常見的末端烯烴在Heck反應中很難實現高區域選擇性。我組開發了這種催化劑,首次實現這些烯烴的alpha位選擇性芳基化。為此發明的二茂鐵雙膦配體DNPF已由Sigma-Aldrich商業化。

3. 開發了對映選擇性烯醇芳基化反應,第一次在酯、酮和內酯alpha位上形成對鹼敏感的叔碳手性中心。我組由此獲得了一項合成消炎藥Naproxen的美國專利。我們還首次報道了alpha氟酮和烷基腈的不對稱芳基化反應。

4. 開發了鈀催化下烯烴和普通鹵代烷間的Heck型烷基化反應。 我組後來成功將該自由基烷基化反應用於多種貧電雜環和芳環化合物。

5. 不對稱氫化反應已應用於手性藥的大規模生產,但這些反應高度依賴非常昂貴且稀缺的稀有過渡金屬催化劑,如銠和銥。製藥工業迫切需要解決這個工藝的可持續性問題。我組已發明了一系列均相鎳催化的不對稱轉氫化反應,底物包括烯、酮亞胺、肼等。

6. 在銅催化的芳基硼不對稱加成反應中, 發現並證實首例金屬催化中1,4-插入基元反應模式。
