周詠梅

周詠梅，女，北京大學國家發展研究院教授。於1999年獲得美國加州大學伯克利分校經濟博士學位，專攻新制度經濟學和發展經濟學。畢業後就職世界銀行，堅持研究與實踐制度建設問題，積累了第一手國際發展經驗。
