吳蓓麗，女，2001年畢業於北京師範大學，獲得生物化學專業學士學位。同年進入清華大學生物科學與技術系攻讀博士學位，於2006年獲得生物物理專業博士學位。 [1]
在2007年4月加入美國Scripps研究所Ray Stevens博士的研究小組，開始博士後研究工作。 [2]
2011 年入選中國科學院"百人計劃"，現任上海藥物研究所研究員。上海市第十五屆人民代表大會代表。[3]
2018年11月，獲頒何梁何利基金科學與技術獎"青年創新獎"。 2020年10月15日，榮獲第十六屆中國青年科技獎。[4]

吳蓓麗，研究員。 中科院上海藥物所研究員、研究組組長，入選中科院百人計劃，承擔多項國家、科學院及地方的科研項目。
研究方向=
主要從事G蛋白偶聯受體(GPCR)的結構生物學研究，研究工作集中在以下幾個方面:
1、GPCR高分辨率晶體結構解析;
2、GPCR三維結構與功能關係的研究;
3、基於GPCR結構的藥物設計與研發。

2018年5月30日，吳蓓麗獲陳嘉庚青年科學獎生命科學獎。
