劉瑋書,1980年出生於四川內江,本科畢業於重慶大學博士畢業於北京科技大學南方科技大學教授[1]

2019年9月20日,榮獲"科學探索獎"[2],肯定他在熱電材料評價體系修正與熱電發電器件關鍵技術方面所取得成績,支持他在新型的電子型室溫熱電材料和具有巨熱電勢的離子型柔性熱電材料領域的探索 。

研究實空間下電子和聲子的量子輸運現象以及與光、磁、力的關聯耦合行為

宏量製造多層級有序化的納米結構塊材和纖維;基於材料基因組學篩選新型熱電材料;電聲輸運調控實現轉換效率效能協調優化

3).器件層次

設計具備低接觸電阻、高結合強度、高溫穩定的接觸界面

太陽能熱能發電、廢熱發電,微型能源自持系統、熱管理與調控
