人物經歷

1980年9月入河北師範大學數學系學習，

1984年7月畢業後在河北廊坊師範學校、寧夏大學任教。

1989年9月至1992年7月在山東大學與寧夏大學數學系攻讀碩士學位。

1992年9月至1995年7月在山東大學數學系攻讀博士學位。

1995年7月起在山東大學數學系任教，先後被聘為副教授、教授，

1999年9月任山東大學數學院副院長，

2003年10月任山東大學數學與系統科學學院院長，

主講課程

高等代數、Fundamentals of Number Theory，解析數論基礎，Topics in Automorphic Forms，代數數論等，其中"解析數論基礎"和"Topics in Automorphic Forms"是解析數論方向研究生的必修課，特別地，"Topics in Automorphic Forms" 是改革課程設置之後為碩士生和博士生新開的選修課，內容涵蓋自守形式的基本理論、解析理論、譜分解理論等，包含了當代解析數論研究的熱點和難點問題的基礎知識。"代數數論"課程以世界經典的名著為教材，講述當代代數數論的基本理論:理想論，賦值論，Tate's thesis和類域論等。這是進一步學習自守表示的重要基本知識。

獲得榮譽

2000年入選教育部「跨世紀人才培養計劃」，2001年獲「國家傑出青年基金」資助，2003年榮獲教育部全國高校首屆百名教學名師獎。 第十三屆"山東 十大傑出青年"候選人.2003年教育部組織了 新中國成立以來的第一屆「 高等學校教學名師獎」評選活動， 山東大學的劉建亞入選，成為全國高校100名教學名師之一。今年 「五四」青年節前夕，劉建亞又出席了由共青團山東省委、 山東省青年聯合會隆重舉行的「紀念 五四運動85周年暨青年先模表彰大會」，榮獲第八屆「山東青年五四獎章」榮譽稱號。
