馮紀年,陝西省白水縣人，漢族，中共黨員，教授，西北農林科技大學博士研究生導師、植物保護學院副院長（主持工作）。

人物經歷

  • 1978年3月-1982年1月西北農學院植物保護系本科學習，獲學士學位。
  • 1982年1月至今西北農林科技大學任教。
  • 1983年9月-1984年7月上海華東師範大學進修無脊椎動物學。
  • 1986年9月-1989年7月西北農業大學在職攻讀碩士學位，獲理學碩士學位。
  • 1994年12月晉升副教授。
  • 2000年8月-2002年7月美國奧本大學高級訪問學者。
  • 2002年12月破格晉升教授。
  • 2003年7月被聘為西北農林科技大學博士研究生導師。
