韩生成,男,北京师范大学生命科学学院教授。

人物简历

1992年毕业于南开大学生物系微生物学专业,获学士学位;1997年获得中国农业大学(原北京农业大学)生物化学及分子生物学专业博士学位,期间主要从事玉米花粉肌动蛋白的纯化和结构分析的研究;1997年7月-1999年6月在中国科学院微生物研究所做博士后,从事转基因水稻抗矮缩病毒的研究;1999年7月-2000年12月在美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校生物科学分部作博士后,研究微管结合蛋白-TANGLED1对玉米叶片细胞分裂及叶片发育的调控;2001年1月-2005年6月在美国杜克大学生物系作博士后,从事植物细胞钙信号的研究;2005年7月-2008年6月在美国弗吉尼亚大学生物系作博士后,从事烟草尼古丁代谢的转录调控的研究;2007年9月被聘为北京师范大学教授,担任“985工程”科技创新平台团队研究员。2008年7月回国工作。

研究内容

植物钙信号发生分子机制:重点探索感受不同内外源因素引起胞质钙离子和核内钙离子增加的受体或离子通道并解析其作用机制,揭示植物钙信号转导新通路。

水稻颖果发育转录调控机制:重点探索水稻初级颖果次级颖果之间表达差异的关键编码基因非编码基因作用机制及生物学功能,揭示水稻初次级颖果发育差异的分子机制,为提高水稻产量及改善品质提供基因资源。
