陳競輝 (英語：Tan Chin Hwee, 1971年－)是一位新加坡企業家和學者。[1][2][3]
生平
1971年出生於新加坡大巴窯，曾經就讀新加坡華僑中學，1995年畢業於南洋理工大學，在校期間曾經擔任學校門薩國際俱樂部會長。[4][5]1995年任職於吉寶企業，1999年至2001年任職於星展銀行，後加入阿波羅全球管理並擔任其亞洲區的創始合伙人。
2003年畢業於耶魯大學，2011年畢業於哈佛大學肯尼迪政府學院。擁有特許金融分析師（CFA）資格，也是澳大利亞和新加坡的註冊會計師。[6][7]
