陈俊平

陈俊平，江西宜春人，1980年生，研究员，课题组组长，博士生导师。1998年至2007年于同济大学就读，从事GNSS精密定轨定位的研究，获博士学位。2006年6月开始德国地学研究中心GFZ工作，合作开发了实时GNSS数据处理系统(EPOS-RT)，参与建立了GFZ的IGS-RTPP分析中心。

2011年5月入选中国科学院“百人计划”(引进国外杰出人才)到上海天文台工作，2012年10月获择优支持；2013年获上海市“浦江人才计划”支持。研究方向为卫星导航高精度数据分析及其在国家重大战略需求中的应用。主持中国科学院百人计划、科技部863课题、自然基金面上项目、上海市浦江人才计划、军口863课题等科研项目，以及总装重大预研项目以及北斗系统工程型号项目等重大工程项目，建立了上海天文台全球GNSS分析中心 。

担任中国科学院大学岗位教授，国际大地测量协会（IAG）中国委员会委员，科技部“国家科技专家库”核心库专家，上海市地球物理学会理事会常务理事，空间信息与定位导航上海高校工程技术中心技术委员会委员，同济大学/河海大学等合作研究生导师。
