主要经历

1982年毕业于华中农业大学微生物专业。1982年至1987年在中国农业科学院原子能利用研究所任研究实习员；1987年至2005年供职于中国科学院武汉植物研究所，技术职务历任助理研究员（1987）、副研究员（1992）、研究员（2000）、首席研究员（2001）；2000年任硕导，2003年任博导；行政职务历任副处长（1991）、所长助理兼研究室主任（2000）、副所长兼中心主任（2001）；

2006年起引进至武汉大学药学院，先后任教授、博导、教授委员会副主任（2006）、副院长（2007）、中药与天然药物研究所所长（2008）。

2001年至2010年，分别到新西兰皇家科学院（2001）、马来西亚国家医学研究所（2002）、法国国家健康与医学研究院（2003）、巴基斯坦卡拉奇大学H.E.J化学研究所（2005）、美国King Pharmaceuticals, Inc.（2007）、日本富山大学（2008）、英国剑桥大学（2009）、美国奥本大学（2009）和俄罗斯喀山大学（2010）作访问学者或合作交流。

业绩概要

多年来致力于药用植物资源可持续利用系统的建立、中药和天然药物的研究与开发以及地道中药材的规范化种植与加工，先后主持完成了30多个国家级和省部级的科研项目，共有23项专利分别获得中国、美国或英国专利授权，获得3项国家二类新兽药证书，在国内外发表学术论文100余篇。
