托马斯·斯坦利·“汤姆”·赫兰德（英语：Thomas Stanley "Tom" Holland，1996年6月1日－[1] ）是一位英国演员舞者，知名于在伦敦维多利亚宫剧院的《比利·埃利奥特音乐剧（：Billy Elliot the Musical）》中扮演片名角色。他同样主演了2013年电影《海啸奇迹》。2015年6月，赫兰德在获选在漫威电影宇宙中饰演蜘蛛侠彼得·帕克[2][3]。
