小喬治·安德魯·賴斯納（George Andrew Reisner Jr.)，( 1867年11月5日－1942年6月6日），出生于美国印第安纳波利斯，父亲乔治·安德魯·賴斯納一世和母亲玛丽·伊丽莎白·梅森都是德国裔[1]。是美国的一名专门研究古埃及和周边地区的学者，從事许多相关的金字塔研究。

生平

他在哈佛大学获得本科、硕士和博士学位[2]。

他最早是在努比亚进行努比亚金字塔的研究工作，后来转向研究埃及金字塔，发掘过海特菲莉斯一世和一些吉萨地区的墓穴。

1924年至克爾馬(Kerma}的發掘，他挖掘了各種墳墓，裡面有數百具骷髏和各種各樣的物品，克爾馬不再被視為僅可追溯到公元前2000年的埃及貿易站，而是庫什王國的古都。克爾馬發掘出土的物品構成了一個考古群，它在一方面與埃及中央王國群有明確的聯繫，。

1908年，他又领导了哈佛大学的撒玛利亚考古发掘队[3]。自1914年至去世为止，他是哈佛大学的埃及学教授。[4]
