井淼（Ching Miao，1913年3月15日－1989年），籍贯山东济南，港台著名演员。其子井洪为台湾电视演员，其女为演员井莉。
生平
亲戚曾于济南开设山东大戏院（现中国电影院），自幼对戏剧有浓厚兴趣。1930年高中毕业后曾组织话剧团在山东一带从事话剧演出。1933年于上海新华艺术专科学院就读，同期加入邵氏公司前身之天一影片公司拍摄电影。中日战争爆发后，转往济南组织救亡演技队，于徐州、陕西一带演出《保家乡》、《还我故乡》等鼓吹抗日救国之舞台剧。后至重庆加入中国电影制片厂，并参加中国万岁剧团、兼演员和化妆主任两职。
抗战胜利后，井淼回到上海先后参加《人海妖魔》、《森林大血案》等多部影片之演出。1949年受聘担任台湾社会剧团团长之职，训练剧艺人才，并于各地演出话剧，此外亦曾参加演出《血战保中华》、《翠岭长春》、《情报贩子》等片。
1963年，井淼赴港加盟邵氏公司基本演员，并任南国实验剧团讲师。期间演出近百部电影，以《新啼笑姻缘》（或名《故都春梦》）和《烽火万里情》两部影片，先后于1964年和1967年荣获第三届及第六届金马奖最佳男配角奖。当时他与共演《新啼笑姻缘》的雷鸣、李影、田丰，并称香港演艺圈的“台湾四大金刚”[1]。他于1980年代中期息影，1989年病逝台湾。
