梁金玲，女，汉族，1974年9月出生，河南淅川人。1999年毕业于西北大学，获得理学硕士学位，2006年获东南大学理学博士学位，2007年--2008年在英国Brunel University做博士后研究工作。

1999年8月开始任教于东南大学，现任东南大学数学系教授、博士生导师 ，东南大学自动化学院教授、博士生导师 。

2012年入选第九届"中国青年女科学家奖"，2013年获江苏省自然科学基金杰出青年基金资助，2014 年荣获首届汤森路透中国引文桂冠奖"高被引科学家奖"，并入选工程学领域的中国高被引学者(Most Cited Chinese Researchers)榜单   。
